O hotel é incrível,só pecou em dois itens que não havia no quarto, espelhos e lugar pra deixar as roupas de praia pra secar,na falta do sol tudo fica no banheiro sem lugar de pendurar as peças. E espelho essencial no quarto e não tinha. Mas enfim. O restante me deixou deslumbrada com tudo. Atendimento, café. O hotel é muito maravilhoso. Iremos voltar.

Ponto positivo: hotel muito bonito, funcionários educados, localização ótima!
Pontos a melhorar: a tv do nosso não pegava a internet de jeito nenhum, oscilavam muito. Banheiro precisa fazer manutenção, pois estava vazando o box, saía muita água. Secador antigo, para funcionar precisava ficar segurando o botão.
PS: na saída da nossa estadia, foi cobrado uma taxa ha mais de 10%, porém eles não falam no ato que é OPCIONAL, fazendo com que o cliente pague algo que já está incluso no ato da reserva .

O hotel fica bem próximo à praia, quarto limpo,e um atendimento excelente por parte dos funcionários!
A única coisa que deixa à desejar é que o estacionamento é muito pequeno,se hotel estiver cheio não acomoda todos os veículos!

Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada.
Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim!
Ambiente, higiene, atendimento, equipe de bar, cozinha, gerência. O tenho que agradecer!
